Linda Moore from Coldwell Banker Encinitas California did a wonderful job selling our home.  Not only did she sell our home for top dollar she  in a short period of time.  My Husband and I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the process was.  She new exactly what needed to be fixed and cleaned around the house.  We didn’t have to spend all of this money to do it either.  She has some good tricks up her sleeve.  Linda did a great job marketing our home in Carlsbad California.  The homes out here are very beautiful and we were dealing with some good competing homes.  I had all the faith in Linda to sell our home for what its really worth and now that we are closing on our home we can upgrade into a larger home and start our family.  My husband and I have been married for 5 years now and are taking the next step in our lives and starting our own family.  With Linda’s help we saved money on repairs and got top dollar for our home.
