Linda Moore from Coldwell Banker is a great realtor in Southern california.  Linda was our realtor when my husband and I bought our new home in Encinitas California.  We were moving from San Diego up north to Encinitas Califonia and Linda made our move and purchase a smooth transition.  The properties in Encinitas can be somewhat expensive if you are looking for a lot of square feet near the ocean or on a golf course.  We told Linda what our needs were and what our budget was during the search for our new home.  Linda kept us within our budget and showed us houses we would have never been able to find on our own or with another realtor.  I couldn’t be happier with our new home.  It is the perfect size for just me my husband and our dog rocky.  Rocky has a huge yard to run around in and my kitchen is to die for.
