Great Little Restaurant by my Encinitas Home!

I just recently moved to a new home in Encinitas and don’t really know my way around yet.  Linda reminded me of all the restaurants that are here in town so I did a little research on my own.  I discovered La Papagayo here in Encinitas for dinner and it was fantastic!!  This restaurant was a place with character, amazing food and, above all, a great atmosphere.  When I first walked in, I was hit with a wonderful aroma of spectacular cuisine.  I was seated in the back patio nestled up next to the beach for an amazing atmosphere.  I was there on a Saturday night and there was a wonderful band playing, but they were not so intrusive that you couldn’t hold a conversation.  For my appetizer I chose the calamari and was not disappointed.  The texture was perfection.  Not a bit rubbery.  On top of excellent service my main course, New Zealand Sea Bass, was tasteful as well as presented in elegance.  Around 6:30pm the place really started to pick up, but it did not ruin the ambiance.  My Encinitas home was only a short walk away, but if walking is not an option, they offer adjacent parking.  Everything about La Papagayo screamed sophistication and I highly enjoyed myself.  I am so pleased to have found a local restaurant that provides such a variety of excellent cuisine.  I will definitely return to this organization however if I need more suggestions, I’ll just call Linda – my very knowledgeable Encinitas real estate provider.
